Har order ka faida · for small manufacturing units
You delivered the order. Did you make money on it?
Most owners find out weeks later, in a spreadsheet, from a pile of receipts — if at all. Dhandau costs one order at a time, as you spend, so the answer is waiting the day the client pays.
- Raw materialRs 120,000
- AccessoriesRs 18,500
- LabourRs 45,000
- Outsourced workRs 9,800
- TransportRs 3,200
Three things, and nothing else to learn
- 01
Create the order the day it is confirmed
Client, what you are making, the agreed price. Thirty seconds, usually standing up. Nothing else to fill in.
- 02
Log every rupee as you spend it
Standing in the market with a receipt in your hand: type the amount, tap the category, done. It saves the moment you press Add — and if your signal drops, the entry waits and sends itself later. It is never lost.
- 03
The client pays. You see what you earned
Enter what actually arrived — not the agreed price, deductions and all. The profit on that order appears, to the rupee. No spreadsheet, no shoebox of receipts at month end.
Built for a phone, in a market, in bright sun
Big targets, big numbers, no charts to squint at. Under five seconds from opening the app to a saved expense.

The number that matters
What it deliberately does not do
This is not an ERP, an accounting package or a stock system. Every one of these was considered and left out, because each one is a reason people stop using software like this by the second week.
No overhead allocation
Rent, electricity and salaries are your monthly concern, not the order’s. Nothing gets spread across jobs by a formula you would not trust anyway.
No stock or inventory
Buy a whole roll for one order and the whole roll is charged to it. Leftovers cost nothing and are not tracked. That is how you already think about it.
No company-level accounts
It never adds your orders into a profit and loss statement. This answers one question about one order.
No worker rosters or machine rates
Labour is an expense line, like everything else. There are no standard minutes to maintain and no efficiency scores to ignore.
Works the same for textiles, printing, furniture, packaging, confectionery or fabrication. You rename the expense categories to match what you actually buy, and that is the whole of it.
One price. Everything included.
Unlimited orders, unlimited expenses, everyone in your unit. If a month ever lapses, the app turns read-only — your figures stay yours and stay visible.
